Ride Notes
The Woolly Bike Club Trails in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin are about 10 minutes from our shop in Shafer. We’ve put quite a few miles in at Woolly over the years and have a variety of GoPro footage that we can share. Not all of it is up on YouTube, but in time we’ll share some more.
The trail is broken up into a few different sections that you connect together. It is a good idea to take a look at the map if you’re new to the trail and want to connect the whole system. Once you’ve ridden it a couple times, it makes sense and you can ride continuous loops. It’s got a bit of everything and historically was all hand built trail with a lot of exposed roots and rocks in areas. There has been some professional trail work done the past few years to redo some of the old trail, so now there is some new machine built stuff as well.
